About the Team

About the Role
As a Site Supervisor at Per Square Foot, you are the linchpin between project plans and on-site execution. You'll be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all construction activities, ensuring work is conducted efficiently and safely. Strong organizational and leadership skills are key in this role.
Responsibilities
Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities.
Ensure that work is carried out according to approved plans, assembly drawings and specifications.
Coordinate and schedule between relevant site stakeholders.
Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
Collaborate with the Project Manager to provide regular status updates.
Ensure the efficient use of resources and adherence to the construction schedule.
Requirements
Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
Proven experience in construction site supervision, with knowledge of LGSF construction methods, tools, and equipment.
Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
