About the Role
As a Project Manager at Per Square Foot, you will be at the forefront of our construction projects, responsible for the end-to-end management, planning, and execution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your role will require strong leadership, communication, problem-solving skills and certain affinity to getting your hand dirty when required.
Responsibilities
Plan, initiate, and manage construction projects from concept to completion.
Develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, and schedules.
Monitor project progress, manage changes, and ensure on-time delivery.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to meet project specifications.
Address and resolve any issues or delays that may occur during construction.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Provide regular project updates to clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
Proven experience in project management within the construction industry.
