About the Role
As a Procurement Manager, you will be the driving force behind our sourcing, procurement, and supply management operations. Your role is critical in ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and services necessary for our construction projects. You'll lead procurement strategies, vendor relationships, and cost optimization efforts while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies to optimize costs, quality, and supplier performance.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard potential suppliers, leading contract negotiations and agreements.
Oversee the timely and efficient delivery of materials and services to meet project requirements and deadlines.
Continuously monitor and assess supplier performance, resolve supply chain issues, and manage vendor relationships.
Remain informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in procurement to enhance our processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management, with a strong track record of successful vendor management and contract negotiation.
Exceptional negotiation skills and a deep understanding of vendor relationships and supply chain dynamics.
Ethical, analytical and decision-making abilities.
Effective communication and organizational skills to lead a dynamic procurement team.
