About the Role
As an LGSF (Light Gauge Steel Framing) Design Specialist at Per Square Foot, your role is to be the architectural expert in designing structures utilizing LGSF technology. You'll be responsible for creating efficient, earthquake-resistant designs, which contribute to the durability, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness of our construction projects.
Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with architects to seamlessly integrate LGSF technology into construction designs and plans.
Develop detailed and precise LGSF construction plans and blueprints, adhering to Indian building codes and regulations.
Optimize LGSF designs for durability, efficiency, sustainability, and earthquake resistance.
Ensure the seamless coordination of LGSF elements with other architectural and structural components.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in LGSF technology and design best practices to continually enhance our construction projects.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Specialization or certification in LGSF technology and design is highly preferred.
Profound knowledge of LGSF construction principles and techniques.
Proficiency in design software such as CAD, Revit, and specific LGSF design tools such as Vertex BD, FrameCAD.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills to collaborate effectively with architectural teams.
