About the Role
As Legal Counsel, you will provide critical legal guidance and support to the company. Your responsibilities include ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, handling contract negotiations, and managing legal matters to protect the company's interests. Your legal expertise is pivotal in safeguarding the company's legal standing.
Responsibilities
Provide legal advice and support to the company, including contract review, legal research, and risk assessment.
Review and negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring the company's interests are protected.
Ensure the company's compliance with laws and regulations and manage legal disputes and litigation.
Advise on risk management and corporate governance, ensuring that legal matters are handled appropriately.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Law and a valid legal license.
Interest in corporate law, contract law, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of business law, contract negotiation, and legal regulations.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
