About the Role
As the Lead Architect at Per Square Foot, you will be responsible for setting the architectural vision and overseeing its realization. Your role is to create innovative and functional designs that align with mentioned requirements and industry standards, ensuring each design reflects excellence in architectural craftsmanship.
Responsibilities
Lead the development of architectural designs for construction projects, ensuring they meet client needs and adhere to all relevant building codes and regulations.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional project teams to integrate architectural concepts into comprehensive construction plans, aligning designs with project goals.
Provide expert guidance on material selection, sustainability, and aesthetic aspects of projects, with a focus on innovative and environmentally responsible design solutions.
Review, refine, and revise architectural designs based on client and stakeholder feedback, maintaining flexibility in response to evolving project requirements.
Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and architectural advancements, bringing fresh and creative ideas to the project team to drive innovation and excellence in architectural craftsmanship.

Requirements
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
Interest in architectural design and project management, demonstrating the ability to take projects from concept to completion.
Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant tools.
Strong creative and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
Comprehensive knowledge of LGSF construction methods, materials, and sustainable design practices.
