About the Role
As an HR Generalist, you will play a critical role in our human resources team. Your responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR support. You will help create a positive and productive work environment by managing HR policies and procedures, conducting employee training, and contributing to a healthy workplace culture.
Responsibilities
Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, from job postings to new employee orientation.
Handle employee relations and conflict resolution, creating a positive and harmonious work environment.
Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Provide HR support and guidance to employees, addressing their questions and concerns.
Contribute to a positive workplace culture through employee training, engagement initiatives, and recognition programs.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in HR roles, preferably with HR certification.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, laws, and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Organizational and multitasking abilities.
