About the Role
As a Customer Relationship Manager at Per Square Foot, you will be the primary interface between the company and clients. Your role is to build, guide, and maintain strong client relationships, addressing their needs, concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Establish and maintain strong client relationships, serving as their main point of contact.
Listen to and address client needs, concerns, and feedback, ensuring they are communicated to the project teams.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise between the company and clients.
Provide regular project updates and status reports to clients.
Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and contribute to business growth.
Requirements
Diploma or degree in Commerce, Marketing, or related field.
Interest in client relationship management, problem-solving and conflict resolution.
Customer-centric mindset with the view that our Customer's success is our success.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
