About the Role
As a CAD Draftsman at Per Square Foot, you'll play a pivotal role in the meticulous creation of technical drawings and blueprints for our construction projects. Your work is instrumental in ensuring the accuracy, precision, and clarity of construction documentation, providing an essential visual reference for our contractors, and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate architectural designs into detailed technical drawings.
Create and revise precise construction blueprints, schematics, and documentation to ensure alignment with project requirements.
Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that drawings adhere to relevant building codes, standards, and industry best practices.
Maintain an organized database of project drawings, ensuring they are readily accessible for project teams.
Requirements
Diploma or degree in Drafting, Engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency in CAD software, particularly AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and other relevant drafting tools.
Exceptional attention to detail and precision in creating technical drawings.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and the ability to work with architectural designs.
Effective communication and organizational skills to collaborate within multidisciplinary project teams.
