About the Role
As a 3D Visualization Artist at Per Square Foot, you'll be responsible for transforming architectural designs and concepts into stunning visual representations. You'll work closely with architects and designers to create realistic 3D renderings, animations, and virtual tours of construction projects. Your work will play a pivotal role in showcasing the potential of our designs to clients and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with Architects and Designers to understand project requirements.
Create 3D renderings and visualizations of architectural designs and construction projects.
Develop realistic 3D models and animations for presentations and marketing materials.
Optimize visual content for web and other digital platforms.
Stay updated on industry trends and software to enhance visualization techniques.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Animation, or related field.
Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., TwinMotion, 3ds Max, Blender).
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with technical drawings.
Strong artistic and design skills.
